Many villas have not built their own elevator shafts during construction, so steel structures have been used instead of brick and concrete wall shafts. In addition, the current trend is for elevators to come with aluminum alloy frame integrated elevators. Now our focus is on the steel structure shaft. If the steel structure shaft is made separately for the elevator, then the H-steel or square tube can be directly designed according to the size of the elevator shaft, but attention should be paid to whether there are foundation structural columns in the pit, and some can be appropriately enlarged.  
When preparing a steel structure shaft, it is recommended to cooperate with a manufacturer of household villa elevators, providing a large amount of basic data such as shaft width and depth, pit depth, top height, door opening size, door stack size, door frame size, and layout size of guide rail rings. The specific manufacturer should be responsible for this. And different manufacturers have different models and specifications, and the requirements for details are also different, so the coordination of details is very important.
In terms of the cost of elevator shafts for family villas on the same floor, aluminum alloy shafts have the lowest cost, followed by steel structure shafts, and civil construction shafts have the highest cost. Aluminum alloy shafts are more conducive to indoor lighting, especially when installed in the middle of stairs surrounded by three sides, and are almost the best choice.

Some customers are concerned that the strength of aluminum shafts is not as good as that of steel structures and civil shafts.
